CetaFuel: Virtual Mass Flowmeter
Built on Cetasol's patented modelling technology, CetaFuel combines ECU-based calculations with available engine signals (RPM, pressures, temperatures) to build a physics-based digital twin of each engine's fuel behaviour.
The model is calibrated using 1 to 3 bunkering events. Once calibrated, it requires no ongoing recalibration, no mechanical wear, and no drift correction.
Validated across multiple engine brands, CetaFuel has demonstrated 99.5% accuracy on Volvo Penta, 99.2% on Scania, and 97.8% on MAN engines.
