By accessing or using Cetasol's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Cetasol provides maritime decision-support software, including vessel monitoring, engine analytics, speed optimization, and related tools. Service specifics are defined in individual customer agreements.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, use services in compliance with applicable laws, and not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of our platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology provided by Cetasol remain our intellectual property. Customer operational data remains the property of the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cetasol's liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the twelve months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
