Who are we?

At Cetasol, we believe that sustainability is the greatest challenge humanity is facing today. And to tackle this challenge, we need to realize that technology and innovation will not be enough. At its core, the issues of long-term sustainability is about people.

Since Cetasol was founded in 2021, we have been growing rapidly. By now, our team already consists of a veritable smorgasbord of people. Developers, machine learning experts, business and marketing professionals, UX’ers. Employees, consultants, interns and master students. People of different genders, age groups and career backgrounds. And that’s exactly how we like it.

Who are we looking for?

You see, we believe that a wide range of perspectives is the key success factor in innovative companies. Why only hire, let’s say, people in their thirties, when students and younger workers can bring fresh takes, or people with more seniority can bring decades of experience from their previous careers to the table?

In other words, we are first and foremost looking for people with a passion for sustainability, tech and design. What matters most is that you share our goals and ambitions – not necessarily the lenght of your resumè.

Where is the office? What about remote work?

Since we started our company right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was clear to us from the get-go that remote work was going to be part of our DNA.

In the spring of 2022 we will be moving into our first office on Åvägen 17C in Gårda, Gothenburg. Two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), we will encourage everyone to come to the office. However, we believe that life shouldn’t follow a strict 9-5 schedule, and we encourage you to work at the time and place that works best for you and your vibe.
